Ancient History and Archaeology (especially ancient Near Eastern history and archaeology)

Background

Dr. Stiebing retired in 2005, and he now lives in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and participates in various community activities. He occasionally gives lectures on archaeology, the Bible, and ancient history to the local archaeological society, some local churches, and an art appreciation class at Hot Springs National Park Community College.

Dr. Stiebing has just completed work on the second edition of his book, Ancient Near Eastern History and Culture, which was released in February 2008.
