Dr. Bischof’s Two Most Recent Publications: Prague Spring

Dr. Guenter Bischof was involved in an international project on the history of Prague spring in which 70 scholars from Europe and the United States collaborated. Translations of these volumes into Russian and Czech are under way; shorter collections of essays will appear in English (with Bischof as editor), Italian, Danish and Finnish. A volume of essays and a volume of documents (many of them previously unpublished materials from the Moscow Archives) were published this August in Austria for the 40th anniversary commemorations of the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia.
